(EN) The present invention relates to a device (300) for non-invasively sampling interstitial fluid comprising one or more analytes from dermis (301a) to the skin surface (301b)by employing the magneto-hydrodynamic effect and/or reverse iontophoresis. According to a preferable embodiment the device comprises a first frame (306a) comprising a first electrode (302a) and a second frame (306b) comprising a second electrode (302b), power source (204)and preferably also a first magnet (305a). The first frame is connected to the second frame by a formable connecting means (307)adapted to provide mechanical connection between the first frame and the second frame and electrical connection between the power source and the first electrode. The direction of the magnetic field and the direction of the electric current produced by the magnet and the power source is such that the Lorenz force drives the fluid from the dermis towards the skin surface.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif (300) pour l'échantillonnage de manière non invasive d'un liquide interstitiel comprenant un ou plusieurs analytes, du derme (301a) jusqu'à la surface de la peau (301b) en faisant appel à l'effet magnéto-hydrodynamique et/ou à une iontophorèse inverse. Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, le dispositif comprend un premier cadre (306a) comprenant une première électrode (302a) et un second cadre (306b) comprenant une seconde électrode (302b), une source d'alimentation (204) et de préférence également un premier aimant (305a). Le premier cadre est relié au second cadre par un moyen de raccordement formable (307) conçu pour assurer un raccordement mécanique entre le premier cadre et le second cadre et une connexion électrique entre la source d'alimentation et la première électrode. La direction du champ magnétique et la direction du courant électrique produits par l'aimant et la source d'alimentation sont telles que la force de Lorenz entraîne le liquide du derme vers la surface de la peau.
