The present invention relates to a material for regulating the polarization and immune function of a macrophage and the use thereof. Provided is a particle crystal coating surface for inhibiting the polarization of a macrophage. A large number of surface topography combinations are obtained by means of adjusting the types and proportions of particles using particle self-assembly technology. Such surface combinations can be used for high-throughput screening of surface topography.

Stem cells expanded by the material can improve the efficiency of subsequent differentiation to hematopoietic cells, and the number of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells or blood cells is increased by at least three times. According to the method of the present invention, a particle material is used for the first time to improve the efficiency of differentiation of human embryonic stem cells to hematopoietic cells, the preparation technology of the material is simple, the production process of hematopoietic cells is optimized, and the production cost is reduced.
