Stemming reduces inflected words to their stem or root form.
For example the words fishing, fished, fish, and fisher are reduced to the root word, fish,
so a search for fisher returns all the different variations
Returns only one member of a family of patents
Include Non-Patent literature in results

A high throughput method for label-free, noncontact, noninvasive, and nondestructive detection of at least one virus infected or virus free individual from at least one tested individual is provided. The method includes collecting a sample from exhaled breath of a subject for analysis of the sample. The collecting includes the subject exhaling into at least one sampler and collecting aerosols and/or any airborne compound from the exhaled breath by passing the exhaled breath through a metamaterial membrane within the sampler. The metamaterial membrane is arranged transverse to a flow of exhaled breath through the sampler. The method further includes analyzing the sample for detection of at least one virus infected individual from at least one tested individual.

The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for the collection of exhaled aerosols. In some embodiments, the device disclosed herein comprises a cup and an attachable lid, wherein the cup has a conical base and the lid includes a pipette access port with a removable cap and a sealed buffer reservoir. In some embodiments, the method for a subject to collect exhaled aerosols disclosed herein comprises the steps of placing a collection cup against the subject's mouth, the subject coughing into the collection cup at least once, immediately closing the device by reattached a lid to the collection cup, placing the collection cup in a transport bag, and providing the transport bag to a processor. The processor can then incubate the transport bag containing the collection cup, add buffer to the collection cup to rinse and suspend any collected exhaled aerosols, and then extract the buffer containing the exhaled aerosols either for storage or for immediate amplification and sequencing for the detection of pathogens.

Facemasks with an integrated virus detection system are described. The virus detection system is embedded in or on a facemask worn by an individual susceptible to a viral infection. The individual wears a facemask for protective purposes during work or leisure. If the individual develops a viral infection and begins discharging viral particles from mouth and/or nose, the virus detection system embedded in the facemask retains the virus particles. The virus particles are detected in an immunoassay. The virus particles in the virus detection system embedded in the facemask are detected by avian antibodies. The virus detection system in the facemask is configured to detect one or more viruses, for example, SARS-CoV-2.

The present invention relates generally to an apparatus and method for detecting diseases and, more, specifically, detecting respiratory diseases such as airborne transmitting diseases at the early stage. The present invention provides a solution in the form of a clinical AI Software and terminal gateway hardware. Terminal gateway with clinical AI software can detect diseases by collecting and analyzing data from multiple sensors and modules. The terminal gateway can offload healthcare professionals from over-work and misjudge due to long working hours. It also provides a better second-opinion for less-experienced professionals. The gateway terminal is used to detect respiratory diseases such as airborne transmitting diseases at the early stage to help offload the healthcare professional in the hospital and to provide an alert when the professionals are not available outside of the hospital. The present invention includes a structure of a gateway or station, multiple sensor modules such as low wattage x-ray, an infrared thermal detector, and the clinical AI software.
