A dividing membrane is present wherein the dividing membrane divides the cavity or void between the membrane member and the face into an upper portion and a lower portion. The nose is disposed in the upper portion and the mouth is disposed in the lower portion. An exhalation tube is present in the lower portion and includes a mouthpiece for a user to engage therewith.
