The invention discloses a multi-party secure election system based on a block chain. According to the method, a distributed peer-to-peer interconnection election protocol is adopted; the distributed peer-to-peer interconnection election protocol is based on a secure multi-party summation, decentralized and self-counting vote protocol which can meet higher security requirements, is matched with the block chain, and comprises a registration phase, a sending addend phase, a sending and phase and a counting phase, and is a secure multi-party summation, decentralized, self-counting, safe and reliable protocol. The block chain with the distributed peer-to-peer interconnection election protocol can provide the characteristics of decentralization, non-tampering, safety, reliability, programmability and the like for the election system.
