Abstract
(DE) Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die Nutzung einer kommerziell verfügbaren Generation von Geräten, mit denen normalerweise Nukleinsäuren mittels magnetischer oder paramagnetischer Partikel aus einer biologischen Probe, u.a. direkt aus Vollblutproben, automatisiert aufgereinigt werden, für die Aufreinigung von Nukleinsäuren, allerdings ohne diese magnetischen oder paramagnetischen Partikel, sondern stattdessen mit aufgerauten Kunststoffmaterialien. Entscheidend dabei ist, dass die an die rauen Materialien gebundenen Nukleinsäuren mit einem Waschpuffer behandelt werden, der mindestens ein Lithiumsalz enthält.
(EN) The invention relates to the use of a commercially available generation of devices with which normally nucleic acids are automatically purified from a biological sample, inter alia directly from whole blood, with the aid of magnetic or paramagnetic particles, for purifying nucleic acids, however without using these magnetic or paramagnetic particles but roughened plastic materials. It is crucial that the nucleic acids bound to the rough materials are treated with a wash buffer that contains at least one lithium salt.
(FR) L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'une génération de dispositifs disponibles dans le commerce permettant de purifier automatiquement des acides nucléiques à partir d'un échantillon biologique, entre autres directement à partir du sang total, à l'aide de particules magnétiques ou paramagnétiques, pour purifier des acides nucléiques, sans toutefois utiliser ces particules magnétiques ou paramagnétiques mais des matériaux plastiques rugueux. Il est crucial que les acides nucléiques liés aux matériaux rugueux soient traités avec un tampon de lavage contenant au moins un sel de lithium.
