The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for testing an impact during pipe rupture comprising a receiver tank that can also be used as a pressure vessel, the device comprising: a pressurizer for increasing the pressure therein to a configured value; a first receiver tank for storing a fluid transferred from the pressurizer; a second receiver tank for storing a fluid transferred from the pressurizer; a fluid transfer tube for transferring a fluid that increases the pressure inside the pressurizer, the first receiver tank, and the second receiver tank from inside the pressurizer, the first receiver tank, and the second receiver tank; a rupture plate coupled to the fluid transfer tube such that, if the pressure inside the fluid transfer tube becomes equal to or higher than a designated pressure, same ruptures and simulates a phenomenon of impact wave occurrence; and a fluid collision portion installed in front of the rupture plate when the direction of ejection of the fluid from inside the fluid transfer tube is determined as the forward direction, thereby ensuring collision of the fluid ejected through the rupture plate.

L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif permettant de tester un impact pendant une rupture de tuyau comprenant un réservoir récepteur qui peut également être utilisé comme un récipient sous pression, le dispositif comprenant : un pressuriseur destiné à augmenter la pression à l'intérieur de celui-ci à une valeur configurée ; un premier réservoir récepteur destiné à stocker un fluide transféré à partir du pressuriseur ; un second réservoir récepteur destiné à stocker un fluide transféré à partir d'un pressuriseur ; un tube de transfert de fluide destiné à transférer un fluide qui augmente la pression à l'intérieur du pressuriseur, du premier réservoir récepteur et du second réservoir récepteur à partir de l'intérieur du pressuriseur, du premier réservoir récepteur et du second réservoir récepteur ; une plaque de rupture accouplée au tube de transfert de fluide de sorte que, si la pression à l'intérieur du tube de transfert de fluide devient égale ou supérieure à une pression désignée, celui-ci se rompt et simule un phénomène d'occurrence d'onde d'impact ; et une partie de collision de fluide installée devant la plaque de rupture lorsque la direction d'éjection du fluide à partir de l'intérieur du tube de transfert de fluide est déterminée comme étant la direction avant, garantissant ainsi une collision du fluide éjecté à travers la plaque de rupture.

본 발명은 내부의 압력을 설정되는 값으로 상승시키는 가압기와, 상기 가압기에서 이송된 유체를 저장하는 제 1 리시버탱크와, 상기 가압기에서 이송된 유체를 저장하는 제 2 리시버탱크와, 상기 가압기, 제 1 리시버탱크, 제 2 리시버탱크 내의 압력을 상승시키는 유체를 가압기, 제 1 리시버탱크, 제 2 리시버탱크 내부로부터 이송하는 유체이송관과, 상기 유체이송관에 결합되어 유체이송관의 내부압력이 규정압력이상이 되면 파열되어 충격파가 발생하는 현상을 모사하는 파열판과, 상기 유체이송관 내의 유체가 분사되는 방향을 전방으로 정할 때, 상기 파열판의 전방에 설치되어 파열판을 통해 분사되는 유체의 충돌이 이루어지는 유체 충돌부를 포함하는 압력용기로의 용도변경이 가능한 리시버탱크를 포함하는 배관 파열시의 충격 실험장치를 제공하는 데 있다.
