The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a sealant that has a viscosity which is suitable for application in an inkjet method, and a cured product of which has a low dielectric constant; and a method of manufacturing a display device using the sealant. For this purpose, the sealant comprises (A) a cycloaliphatic epoxy compound and (B) an oxetane compound. The sealant has a viscosity measured by an E-type viscometer under the conditions of 25°C and 20 rpm of 10 to 30 mPa∙s, and a cured product thereof cured under UV-LEDs having a wavelength of 395 nm, at an illuminance of 1000 mW/cm2 and a cumulative amount of light of 1500 mJ/cm2 has a dielectric constant at a frequency of 100 kHz of 3.0 or less.

La présente invention vise à fournir : un agent d'étanchéité qui présente une viscosité appropriée pour une application dans un procédé à jet d'encre, et qui comprend un produit durci à faible constante diélectrique ; et un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif d'affichage à l'aide de l'agent d'étanchéité. À cet effet, le matériau d'étanchéité comprend (A) un composé époxy cycloaliphatique et (B) un composé oxétane. Le matériau d'étanchéité présente une viscosité de 10 à 30 mPa∙s, telle que mesurée par un viscosimètre de type E dans des conditions de 25 °C et 20 tr/min, et un produit durci, qui est durci sous des DEL UV d'une longueur d'onde de 395 nm, à un éclairage de 1000 mW/cm2 et une quantité cumulée de lumière de 1500 mJ/cm2, qui a une constante diélectrique de 3,0 ou moins à une fréquence de 100 kHz.

インクジェット法による塗布に適した粘度を有し、かつ硬化物の誘電率が低い封止剤、およびこれを用いた表示装置の製造方法の提供を目的とする。 上記目的のため、封止剤は、(A)脂環式エポキシ化合物と、(B)オキセタン化合物と、を含む。当該封止剤では、E型粘度計によって25℃、20rpmの条件で測定される粘度が10~30mPa・sであり、波長395nmのUV-LEDで照度1000mW/cm、積算光量1500mJ/cmで硬化させた硬化物の周波数100kHzにおける誘電率が3.0以下である。
