A crystallized glass substrate having a compressive stress layer on a surface, wherein the compressive stress CS (MPa) of the outermost surface of the compressive stress layer is from 400 to 1400 MPa and, when the depth when the compressive stress is 50% of CS is referred to as DOL50% (μm) and the depth when the compressive stress is 0 MPa is referred to as DOLzero (μm), then DOL50%/DOLzero is 0.30 or greater.

La présente invention concerne un substrat de verre cristallisé comprenant une couche contrainte de compression sur une surface, la contrainte de compression CS (MPa) de la surface la plus à l'extérieur de la couche contrainte de compression étant de 400 à 1 400 MPa. Lorsque la profondeur lorsque la contrainte de compression est de 50 % de CS est désignée DOL50 % (μm) et la profondeur lorsque la contrainte de compression est de 0 MPa est désignée DOLzéro (μm), alors DOL50 %/DOLzéro est supérieur ou égal à 0,30.
