Die Erfindung betrifft wässrige Emulsionen enthaltend (A) Oxamidoester- funktionalisierte Organopolysiloxane enthaltend Einheiten der Formel R1a(OR2) bZcSiO(4-a-b-C)/2 (I), mit Z gleich einer Gruppe der Formel -Y-NRx-CO-CO-0-R3 (II), wobei die Reste und Indizes die in Anspruch 1 angegebenen Bedeutungen haben, mit der Maßgabe, dass die Summe a+b+c≤3 ist und pro Molekül mindestens ein Rest Z anwesend ist, (B) Emulgatoren und (C) Wasser, deren Herstellung sowie deren Verwendung.

The invention relates to aqueous emulsions containing (A) oxamidoester-functionalized organopolysiloxanes containing units of the formula R1 a(OR2) bZcSiO( 4-a-b-C )/2 (I), where Z is a group of formula -Y-NRx-CO-CO-0-R3 (II), wherein the radicals and indices have the meanings given in claim 1, with the proviso that the sum a + b + c ≤ 3 and at least one residue Z is present per molecule. The emulsions also contains (B) emulsifiers and (C) water. The invention also relates to the production and use thereof.

La présente invention concerne des émulsions aqueuses contenant (A) des organopolysiloxanes à fonction oxamidoester contenant des motifs de formule R1 a(OR2) bZcSiO( 4-a-b-C )/2 (I), avec Z égal à un groupe de formule -Y-NRx-CO-CO-O-R3 (II), les radicaux et indices ayant les significations indiquées dans la revendication 1, à condition que la somme a + b + c ≤ 3 et au moins un radical Z étant présent par molécule, (B) des émulsifiants et (C) de l'eau, ainsi que leur fabrication et leur utilisation.
