Abstract
(EN) Fluorescent dyes for use in live-cell DNA imaging are required to have sufficient cell-penetrating properties, excellent DNA/RNA selectivity, and an absorption band corresponding to a long wavelength laser which is less likely to cause phototoxicity. However, no molecular group which resolves these three challenges has been developed. The challenges can be resolved by cyanine compounds represented by general formula (1), the compounds being a group of molecules that are effective for live-cell DNA imaging. In general formula (1), R1 and R2 are the same or different and represent a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are the same or different and represent a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, or a substituted or unsubstituted amino group, and R7, R8, R9 and R10 are the same or different and represent a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, X1d represents a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, Y represents a monovalent anion, n is 0 or 1, and when X1 is a halogen atom, n is 0.
(FR) Les colorants fluorescents destinés à être utilisés dans l'imagerie d'ADN à cellules vivantes doivent posséder des propriétés de pénétration cellulaire suffisantes, une excellente sélectivité ADN/ARN, et une bande d'absorption correspondant à un laser à longueur d'onde longue qui est moins susceptible de provoquer une phototoxicité. Cependant, aucun groupe moléculaire ne répondant à ces trois conditions n'a été développé. Le problème peut être résolu par des composés de cyanine représentés par la formule générale (1), lesdits composés étant un groupe moléculaire efficace dans l'imagerie d'ADN à cellules vivantes. Dans la formule générale (1), R1 et R2 sont identiques ou différents et représentent un groupe aryle substitué ou non substitué ou un groupe hétéroaryle substitué ou non substitué, R3, R4, R5 et R6 sont identiques ou différents et représentent un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle substitué ou non substitué, un groupe alcoxy substitué ou non substitué, ou un groupe amino substitué ou non substitué, et R7, R8, R9 et R10 sont identiques ou différents et représentent un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle substitué ou non substitué, ou un groupe alcoxy substitué ou non substitué, X1d représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un atome d'halogène, Y représente un anion monovalent, n est égal à 0 ou 1, et lorsque X1 est un atome d'halogène, n est égal à 0.
