Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a temperature-responsive hydrogel which contains a carboxylated polymer and a divalent-metal salt of an organic acid. The carboxylated polymer is, for example, a homopolymer of a carboxylated monomer or a copolymer of a plurality of monomers including said monomer. The present invention further relates to a method for producing the temperature-responsive hydrogel, the method including immersing a carboxylated polymer in an aqueous solution of a divalent-metal salt of an organic acid. The concentration of the divalent-metal salt of an organic acid in the aqueous solution is, for example, from 50 mM to the saturation concentration. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide: a temperature-responsive gel having an LCST with no volume phase transition; and a method for producing the temperature-responsive gel.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un hydrogel sensible à la température qui contient un polymère carboxylé et un sel de métal divalent d’un acide organique. Le polymère carboxylé est, par exemple, un homopolymère d’un monomère carboxylé ou un copolymère d’une pluralité de monomères comprenant ledit monomère. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de production de l’hydrogel sensible à la température, le procédé comprenant l’immersion d’un polymère carboxylé dans une solution aqueuse d’un sel de métal divalent d’un acide organique. La concentration du sel de métal divalent d’un acide organique dans la solution aqueuse est, par exemple, de 50 mM à la concentration de saturation. Selon la présente invention, il est possible de préparer : un gel sensible à la température présentant une LCST sans transition de phase en volume ; et un procédé de production du gel sensible à la température.
(JA) 本発明は、カルボキシル基を有するポリマー及び有機酸2価金属塩を含む温度応答性ハイドロゲルに関する。カルボキシル基を有するポリマーは、例えば、カルボキシル基を有するモノマーのホモポリマー又は前記モノマーを含む複数種のモノマーのコポリマーである。カルボキシル基を有するポリマーを、有機酸2価金属塩水溶液に浸漬することを含む、温度応答性ハイドロゲルの製造方法。有機酸2価金属塩水溶液の有機酸2価金属塩濃度は、例えば、50mM~飽和濃度の範囲である。本発明によれば、体積相転移を示さないLCST を有する温度応答性ゲル及びその製造方法を提供することができる。
