PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive method for measuring an anti-drug antibody as compared with a conventional method.

SOLUTION: Provided is a double antigen cross-linking immunoassay using the capture nucleic acid and the tracer nucleic acid. By using the capture nucleic acid and the tracer nucleic acid in a double antigen cross-linking immunoassay method, the measurement of an anti-drug antibody can be performed simply and inexpensively. Also, by using the tracer nucleic acid, a highly sensitive detection method using nucleic acid can be employed.

(JA) 【課題】従来法と比較して、簡便かつ安価な抗薬物抗体の測定法を提供する。
【解決手段】捕獲核酸及びトレーサー核酸を使用する二重抗原架橋イムノアッセイ法を提供する。二重抗原架橋イムノアッセイ法において捕獲核酸及びトレーサー核酸を使用することにより、抗薬物抗体の測定を簡便かつ安価に行うことができる。また、トレーサー核酸を使用することにより、核酸を利用した高感度検出方法を採用することが可能になる。
