Abstract
(EN) Provided is a pure chemical induction method for photoreceptor neuron cells. A group of small molecule inhibitors are added into a serum-free basic culture medium, and pluripotent stem cells are quickly converted into photoreceptor neuron cells. In the present invention, serum is not used, and chemical small molecules are used to replace retinol, eliminating the adverse factors of serum while ensuring the operation of visual circulation required by the development of photoreceptor neurons.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'induction chimique pure pour des cellules neuronales photoréceptrices. Un groupe d'inhibiteurs à petites molécules est ajouté dans un milieu de culture basique sans sérum, et des cellules souches pluripotentes sont rapidement converties en cellules neuronales photoréceptrices. Dans la présente invention, le sérum n'est pas utilisé, et des petites molécules chimiques sont utilisées pour remplacer le rétinol, éliminer les facteurs indésirables du sérum tout en assurant le fonctionnement de la circulation visuelle requise par le développement de neurones photorécepteurs.
(ZH) 提供了一种光感受器神经元细胞纯化学诱导方法,通过将一组小分子抑制剂添加至无血清基础培养基中,将多能干细胞快速转化为光感受器神经元细胞,本发明不使用血清,使用化学小分子替代视黄醇,保证了光感受器神经元发育所需要的视觉循环的运行的同时也排除了血清的不利因素。
