Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a system providing fast diagnosis and identification of diseases caused by viruses particularly Covid-19. The system provides conduct of both virus and antibody tests by suggested sensor that enables conduct of measurement in a shorter time with better accuracy rate, comprises a sensor located in cladding with mid-part of second fibre optic cable stripped between mono-chromator and spectrometer and having nano-islets and nano-particles located therein and thus forming localised surface plasmons, a spectrometer identifying presence and quantity of RNA or antibody without change in shifting and absorption in wavelength of spectrum by conducting transmission spectrum measurements of virus RNA or antibody before and after attachment to surface, a computer improving accuracy, selectivity and detection of sensor by eliminating bias, deviation error, accuracy loss and calibration error and removing attributions from sensor response curves by applying deep learning algorithms to data obtained from sensor.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à un système permettant un diagnostic et une identification rapides de maladies provoquées par des virus, particulièrement la covid-19. Système permettant d'effectuer à la fois des essais de virus et d'anticorps par un capteur suggéré qui permet d'effectuer une mesure en un temps plus court avec un meilleur degré de précision, comprenant un capteur situé dans une gaine pourvue d'une partie médiane d'un second câble à fibre optique dénudé entre un mono-chromateur et un spectromètre et présentant des nano-îlots et des nanoparticules en son sein, ce qui permet de former des plasmons de surface localisés, un spectromètre qui identifie la présence et la quantité d'ARN ou d'anticorps sans modification du décalage et de l'absorption de la longueur d'onde spectrale par la réalisation de mesures spectrales de transmission d'ARN viral ou d'anticorps avant et après fixation à la surface, un ordinateur améliorant la précision, la sélectivité et la détection du capteur par l'élimination de biais, d'erreur d'écart, de perte de précision et d'erreur d'étalonnage et l'élimination d'attributions des courbes de réponse de capteur par l'application d'algorithmes d'apprentissage profond aux données obtenues à partir du capteur.
