Abstract
(EN) The application relates to a method for producing a smart glove, an apparatus, a sensor patch and a smart glove. The smart glove (100) comprises a glove (G) and a sensor patch (SP), wherein the sensor patch (SP) is a hand-shaped textile intergrated cloth provided with sensors (1) which are configured to detect movements, gestures of the user hand and/or vital functions of the user, the method comprises the steps of S1: providing a textile substrate (3); S2: providing the textile substrate (3) with the sensors (1), wherein the sensors (1) are connected with each other by conductor paths (2), and the sensors (1) are positioned such that when the sensor patch (SP) is put onto the glove (G), the sensors (1) would be placed onto a back portion of the glove (G) and onto joint portions of the glove (G) respectively; S3: embroidering the textile substrate (3) with a hand-shaped contour, wherein the hand-shaped contour includes the sensors (1) and the conductor paths (2); S4: cutting the textile substrate (3) along the hand-shaped contour so as to obtain the sensor patch (SP); and S5: assembling the sensor patch (SP) onto the glove (G) in a form fitting manner, so as to obtain the smart glove (100).
(FR) La demande concerne un procédé de production d'un gant intelligent, un appareil, un patch capteur et un gant intelligent. Le gant intelligent (100) comprend un gant (G) et un patch capteur (SP), le patch capteur (SP) étant un tissu intégré textile en forme de main pourvu de capteurs (1) qui sont configurés pour détecter des mouvements, des gestes de la main de l'utilisateur et/ou des fonctions vitales de l'utilisateur. Le procédé consiste S1 : à fournir un substrat textile (3) ; S2 : à doter le substrat textile (3) de capteurs (1), les capteurs (1) étant connectés les uns aux autres par des chemins conducteurs (2), et les capteurs (1) étant positionnés de telle sorte que, lorsque le patch capteur (SP) est placé sur le gant (G), les capteurs (1) sont placés sur une partie arrière du gant (G) et sur des parties d'articulation du gant (G) respectivement ; S3 : à broder un contour en forme de main sur le substrat textile (3), le contour en forme de main comprenant les capteurs (1) et les chemins conducteurs (2) ; S4 : à découper le substrat textile (3) le long du contour en forme de main de façon à obtenir le patch capteur (SP) ; et S5 : à assembler le patch capteur (SP) sur le gant (G) par complémentarité de forme, de manière à obtenir le gant intelligent (100).
