Abstract
(EN) There are provided techniques, including methods and systems, for chromatographically analyzing a test sample. The techniques include obtaining a sample chromatogram of the test sample with a chromatography system, the chromatography system including a detector having an adjustable response factor. The techniques also include adjusting, while obtaining the sample chromatogram, the response factor of the detector based on a compensation signal for compensating expected chromatographic artefacts to obtain an artefact-compensated sample chromatogram. The disclosed techniques allow compensating for chromatographic artefacts, which include baseline drift(s) and/or peak tailing(s), during acquisition of chromatograms.
(FR) L'invention concerne des techniques, y compris des procédés et des systèmes, d'analyse chromatographique d'un échantillon d'essai. Les techniques consistent à obtenir un chromatogramme d'échantillon de l'échantillon d'essai à l'aide d'un système de chromatographie, le système de chromatographie comprenant un détecteur doté d'un facteur de réponse réglable. Les techniques consistent également à régler, pendant l'obtention du chromatogramme d'échantillon, le facteur de réponse du détecteur en fonction d'un signal de compensation permettant de compenser les artefacts chromatographiques attendus afin d'obtenir un chromatogramme d'échantillon à artéfact compensé.
