Abstract
(EN) A composition comprised of lignin and plasticizer wherein said lignin is selected from the group consisting of at least one of a pal alkali lignin, a Kraft lignin, a Klasen lignin, a hydrolytic lignin, a lignin sulfite, and a lignin sulfate, wherein said lignin is dispersed in said plasticizer, followed by extracting the soluble lignin portion, filtering off the bulk of the formed unextracted insoluble lignin, and isolating the filtrate containing plasticizer and soluble lignin. Further, a polyurethane elastomer composition includes: (a) an organic diisocyanate, (b) a polyester resin, (c) a chain extender, (d) an optional crosslinker, (e) an optional colorant, (f) a surfactant, (g) a foaming agent, and (h) a composition comprised of a lignin and a plasticizer. Also, a process for the preparation of a polyurethane elastomer comprising mixing (a) an organic diisocyanate, (b) a polyester resin, (c) a chain extender, (d) an optional crosslinker, (e) a surfactant, (f) a foaming agent, and (g) a colorant; followed by mixing said (a), (b), (c), (d) when present, (e), (f) and (g), and a composition comprised of a plasticizer and a soluble lignin, said composition being generated by: forming a dispersion of said lignin and said plasticizer, removing the bulk unextracted insoluble lignin, and isolating the filtrate containing said plasticizer and said soluble lignin.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition comprenant de la lignine et un plastifiant, ladite lignine étant choisie dans le groupe constitué par au moins l'une d'une lignine alcaline de type pal, une lignine Kraft, une lignine de Klasen, une lignine hydrolytique, un sulfite de lignine et un sulfate de lignine, ladite lignine étant dispersée dans ledit plastifiant, puis la partie de lignine soluble est extraite, la plus grande partie de la lignine insoluble non extraite formée est séparée par filtration et le filtrat contenant un plastifiant et de la lignine soluble est isolé. En outre, une composition d'élastomère de polyuréthane comprend : (a) un diisocyanate organique, (b) une résine de polyester, (c) un agent d'allongement de chaîne, (d) un agent de réticulation facultatif, (e) un colorant facultatif, (f) un tensioactif, (g) un agent moussant et (h) une composition comprenant une lignine et un plastifiant. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation d'un élastomère de polyuréthane consistant à : mélanger (a) un diisocyanate organique, (b) une résine de polyester, (c) un agent d'allongement de chaîne, (d) un agent de réticulation facultatif, (e) un tensioactif, (f) un agent moussant et (g) un colorant ; puis mélanger lesdits constituants (a), (b), (c), (d) lorsqu'il est présent, (e), (f) et (g) et une composition comprenant un plastifiant et une lignine soluble, ladite composition étant générée par : formation d'une dispersion de ladite lignine et dudit plastifiant, élimination de la plus grande partie de la lignine insoluble non extraite et isolement du filtrat contenant ledit plastifiant et ladite lignine soluble.
