Abstract
(EN) A patient interface comprising a chassis portion at least partially forming a plenum chamber; a seal-forming structure; a vent to allow a continuous flow of gases exhaled by the patient from an interior of the plenum chamber to ambient, said vent being sized and shaped to maintain the therapeutic pressure in the plenum chamber in use; wherein the chassis portion comprises a membrane portion formed at least partially from a textile material and the seal-forming structure is supported on the membrane portion, and the membrane portion is constructed and arranged to be flexible to allow for relative movement between the seal-forming structure and the chassis portion in use.
(FR) L'invention concerne une interface patient comprenant une portion de châssis formant au moins partiellement une chambre de tranquillisation ; une structure de formation de joint d'étanchéité ; un évent pour permettre un écoulement continu des gaz expirés par le patient depuis l'intérieur de la chambre de tranquillisation vers l'environnement, ledit évent étant dimensionné et formé pour maintenir la pression thérapeutique dans la chambre de tranquillisation lors de l'utilisation. Selon l'invention, la portion de châssis comprend une portion de membrane formée au moins partiellement à partir d'un matériau textile et la structure de formation de joint d'étanchéité est supportée sur la portion de membrane, et la portion de membrane est construite et disposée de manière à être flexible pour permettre un mouvement relatif entre la structure de formation de joint et la portion de châssis lors de l'utilisation.
