Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die Nutzung einer kommerziell verfügbaren Generation von Geräten, mit denen normalerweise Nukleinsäuren mittels magnetischer oder paramagnetischer Partikel aus einer biologischen Probe, u.a. direkt aus Vollblutproben, automatisiert aufgereinigt werden, für die Aufreinigung von Nukleinsäuren, allerdings ohne diese magnetischen oder paramagnetischen Partikel, sondern stattdessen mit aufgerauten Kunststoffmaterialien. Entscheidend dabei ist, dass die an die rauen Materialien gebundenen Nukleinsäuren mit einem Waschpuffer behandelt werden, der mindestens ein Lithiumsalz enthält.
