Abstract
(EN) Methods, kits, and oligonucleotides used in the detection of coronavirus, for example, SARS-CoV-2, CoV-HKU1, CoV-OC43, CoV-229E, and CoV-NL63, are disclosed. A method of detecting coronavirus may include contacting a sample with at least one primer pair and probe targeting SARS-CoV-2 and at least one of: a primer pair and probe targeting CoV-HKU1, a primer pair and probe targeting CoV-OC43, a primer pair and probe targeting CoV-229E, a primer pair and probe targeting CoV-NL63, subjecting the mixture to conditions that allow nucleic acid amplification, and detecting the presence or absence of coronavirus, including SARS-CoV-2, CoV-HKU1, CoV-OC43, CoV-229E, and/or CoV-NL63, by analyzing the nucleic acid amplification products.
(FR) L'invention concerne des méthodes, des kits et des oligonucléotides utilisés dans la détection de coronavirus, par exemple, le SARS-CoV-2, le CoV-HKU1, le CoV-OC43, le CoV-229E et le CoV-NL63. Une méthode de détection de coronavirus peut consister à mettre en contact un échantillon avec au moins une paire d'amorces et une sonde ciblant le SARS-CoV-2 et au moins un élément parmi : une paire d'amorces et une sonde ciblant le CoV-HKU1, une paire d'amorces et une sonde ciblant le CoV-OC43, une paire d'amorces et une sonde ciblant le CoV-229E, une paire d'amorces et une sonde ciblant le CoV-NL63, à soumettre le mélange à des conditions qui permettent une amplification d'acide nucléique, et à détecter la présence ou l'absence de coronavirus, notamment du SARS-CoV-2, CoV-HKU1, CoV-OC43, CoV-229E et/ou CoV-NL63, par analyse des produits d'amplification d'acide nucléique.
