Abstract
(EN) An ophthalmic examination apparatus (100) comprises an alignment light generator (102), which directs beams (104, 104') of light from separate locations (101, 103) toward an image (112) of an aperture stop (108) of an imaging unit (110) of the ophthalmic examination apparatus (100), and causes an envelope (105) of the beams (104, 104') of light to converge to and diverge from a waist (W), which is within an alignment range (AR) of the ophthalmic examination apparatus (100). An eye (120) is at an examination location (118) with respect to the imaging unit (110) when the waist (W) of the envelope (105) is located at least partly inside a pupil (122) of the eye (120). The examination location (118) of the ophthalmic examination apparatus (100) is within the alignment range (AR). The imaging unit (110) receives reflections of the beams (104, 104') of light from a cornea (116) of the eye (120) within the alignment range (AR), the eye (120) being similar to a standard eye within standard tolerances. A user interface (128) of the ophthalmic examination apparatus (100) presents guidance information on a location of the eye (120) with respect to the examination location (118) based on locations of the reflections of the beams (104, 104') of light on a detecting surface (114) of the imaging unit (110).
(FR) La présente divulgation concerne un appareil d'examen ophtalmique (100) comprenant un générateur de lumière d'alignement (102), qui dirige des faisceaux (104, 104') de lumière provenant d'emplacements séparés (101, 103) vers une image (112) d'une butée d'ouverture (108) d'une unité d'imagerie (110) de l'appareil d'examen ophtalmique (100), et amène une enveloppe (105) des faisceaux (104, 104') de lumière à converger vers et à diverger d'une taille (W), qui se trouve à l'intérieur d'une plage d'alignement (AR) de l'appareil d'examen ophtalmique (100).
