Die Blutdruckmesseinrichtung (1) ist als photoplethysmographisches Messsystem ausgeführt, das entsprechend der sogenannten "Vascular Unloading Technique" funktioniert. Messtechnische Komponenten und ein Druckerzeugungs- und Druckregelsystems sind im im Basisteil (3) untergebracht. Der aufgesetzte Manschettenteil (2) weist eine ergonomische Handtellerauflage (4), zwei durch einen Steg (5) voneinander abgeteilte Fingerauflagen (6), sowie einen Aufnahmeteil (7) auf, welcher zwei Aufnahmeröhren (9) für Finger umfasst. Der Manschettenteil (2) überragt den Basisteil (3) sowohl nach vorne als auch nach hinten und überdeckt den Basisteil (3) fast vollständig, d.h. zu mehr als 90%. Die seitliche, in Richtung Unterarm weisende Anbringung des Kabels (8) hat den Vorteil, dass das Kabel entlang des Patientenarms geführt werden kann, das Handgelenk nicht am Kabel (8) scheuert, und insbesondere auch der Karpaltunnel geschont wird.

The blood pressure measuring device (1) is designed as a photoplethysmographic measuring system which functions according to the "vascular unloading technique". Metrological components and a pressure generating and pressure control system are accommodated in the base part (3). The fitted cuff part (2) has an ergonomic palm support (4), two finger supports (6) divided from one another by a web (5), and also a receiving part (7) which comprises two receiving tubes (9) for fingers. The cuff part (2) projects beyond the base part (3), both towards the front and also towards the rear, and covers the base part (3) almost completely, i.e. by more than 90%. The lateral attachment of the cable (8) facing in the direction of the forearm has the advantage that the cable can be guided along the patient's arm, the wrist does not rub against the cable (8), and in particular the carpal tunnel is also protected.

Le dispositif de mesure de la pression artérielle (1) selon l'invention est conçu sous la forme d'un système de mesure photopléthysmographique qui fonctionne selon la « technique du déchargement vasculaire ». Des éléments métrologiques et un système de génération de pression et de régulation de pression sont logés dans la partie base (3). La partie manchon (2) ajustée comporte un support de paume (4) ergonomique, deux supports de doigt (6) séparés l'un de l'autre par une bande (5), ainsi qu'une partie de réception (7) qui comprend deux tubes (9) de réception pour doigts. La partie manchon (2) fait saillie au-delà de la partie base (3), vers l'avant et également vers l'arrière, et recouvre la partie base (3) presque complètement, c'est-à-dire à plus de 90 %. La fixation latérale du câble (8) orientée dans la direction de l'avant-bras présente l'avantage que le câble peut être guidé le long du bras du patient, que le poignet ne frotte pas contre le câble (8), et en particulier que le canal carpien est également protégé.
