Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mittels Stickstoff- dotiertem Kohlenstoff geträgerten Übergangsmetallkatalysators, umfassend die Schritte: a) Herstellen eines Stickstoff-dotierten Kohlenstoffs, umfassend die Schritte: i) Bereitstellen einer Zusammensetzung umfassend ein reduzierendes Kohlenhydrat und eine stickstoffhaltige Verbindung ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Aminosäuren, Oligopeptiden, Proteinen und Mischungen davon, ii) Hydrothermal Karbonisieren der Zusammensetzung nach Schritt i), iii) Durchführen einer thermischen Karbonisierung bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 500°C bis 1100°C, b) Auftragen einer wässrigen Zusammensetzung auf den nach Schritt a) hergestellten Stickstoff-dotierten Kohlenstoff, wobei die wässrige Zusammensetzung eine wasserlösliche Übergangsmetallverbindung umfasst. Ebenfalls betrifft die Erfindung einen mittels Stickstoff-dotiertem Kohlenstoff geträgerten Übergangsmetallkatalysator, welcher erhältlich ist gemäß dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren, und seine Anwendung in der Hydrierung eines Substrats.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a transition metal catalyst supported by means of nitrogen-doped carbon, comprising the steps: a) producing a nitrogen-doped carbon, comprising the steps: i) providing a composition comprising a reducing carbohydrate and a nitrogen-containing compound selected from the group consisting of amino acids, oligopeptides, proteins and mixtures thereof, ii) hydrothermally carbonising the composition according to step i), iii) carrying out a thermal carbonising at a temperature in the range from 500°C to 1100°C, b) applying an aqueous composition onto the nitrogen-doped carbon produced according to step a), wherein the aqueous composition comprises a water-soluble transition metal compound. The invention also relates to a transition metal catalyst supported by means of nitrogen-doped carbon, which can be obtained in accordance with the method according to the invention, and the use thereof in the hydrogenation of a substrate.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un catalyseur de métal de transition supporté au moyen de carbone dopé à l'azote, comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) produire un carbone dopé à l'azote, comprenant les étapes consistant à : i) fournir une composition comprenant un glucide réducteur et un composé contenant de l'azote choisi dans le groupe constitué d'acides aminés, d'oligopeptides, de protéines et de mélanges de ceux-ci, ii) réaliser une carbonisation hydrothermale de la composition selon l'étape i), iii) réaliser une carbonisation thermique à une température comprise entre 500 °C et 1100 °C, b) appliquer une composition aqueuse sur le carbone dopé à l'azote produit selon l'étape a), la composition aqueuse comprenant un composé de métal de transition hydrosoluble. L'invention concerne également un catalyseur de métal de transition supporté au moyen de carbone dopé à l'azote, qui peut être obtenu selon le procédé fourni par la présente invention, ainsi que son utilisation dans l'hydrogénation d'un substrat.
