Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines eine katalytisch aktive Komponente aufweisenden Katalysatorsystems mit einem geträgerten Katalysator, sowie ein Katalysatorsystem als solches. Als Träger wird kornförmige Aktivkohle eingesetzt. Die katalytisch aktive Komponente ist ein Metall wie Palladium. Die Aktivkohle weist ein Gesamtporenvolumen von 0,8 bis 3,9 mL/g auf wobei mindestens 50% des Gesamtporenvolumens der Aktivkohle durch Poren mit Porendurchmessern von mindestens 2 nm gebildet wird. Die spezifische BET-Oberfläche beträgt 1000 bis 3000 m2/g. Vor dem Imprägnieren mit dem Metallvorläufer wird die Ausgangs- Aktivkohle einer Oberflächenoxidation unterzogen. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch die Verwendungen des Katalysatorsystems nach der Erfindung sowie weiterhin Schutzmaterialien sowie Filter und Filtermaterialien, welche unter Verwendung des Katalysatorsystems nach der Erfindung hergestellt sind bzw. ein solches Katalysatorsystem aufweist.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a catalyst system which comprises a catalytically active component and a supported catalyst, and to a catalyst system per se. Granular activated carbon is used as the support. The catalytically active component is a metal such as palladium. The activated carbon has a total pore volume of 0.8 to 3.9 ml/g, and at least 50% of the total pore volume of the activated carbon is formed by pores having pore diameters of at least 2 nm. The BET specific surface area is 1000 to 3000 m2/g. Before the impregnation with the metal precursor, the starting activated carbon is subjected to surface oxidation. The present invention also relates to the uses of the catalyst system according to the invention and further relates to protective materials and filters and filter materials which are produced using the catalyst system according to the invention or which comprise such a catalyst system.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un système catalyseur comprenant un constituant catalytiquement actif et un catalyseur supporté, ainsi qu'un système catalyseur en soi. Du charbon actif granulaire est utilisé en tant que support. Le constituant catalytiquement actif est un métal tel que le palladium. Le charbon actif a un volume poreux total de 0,8 à 3,9 ml/g, et au moins 50 % du volume poreux total du charbon actif est formé par des pores ayant des diamètres de pore d'au moins 2 nm. La surface spécifique BET est comprise entre 1000 et 3000 m2/g. Avant l'imprégnation avec le précurseur métallique, le charbon actif de départ est soumis à une oxydation de surface.
