This inspection device is used in a mounting system comprising a mounting device for mounting a component on a substrate and comprises a control unit that: extracts an individual mass area included in a captured image obtained by imaging an object to be processed having a viscous fluid formed in prescribed regions; determines the centroid of the extracted individual mass area; determines whether the centroid is included within a regular area of the prescribed region serving as a reference for the captured image; and thereby determines whether there is a bridge where the viscous fluid is formed so as to brigde adjacent prescribed regions.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'inspection utilisé dans un système de montage comprenant un dispositif de montage destiné à monter un composant sur un substrat et comprenant une unité de commande qui : extrait une zone de masse individuelle incluse dans une image capturée obtenue par la formation d'une image d'un objet à traiter comportant un fluide visqueux formé dans des régions prescrites; détermine le centroïde de la zone de masse individuelle extraite; détermine si le centroïde est inclus dans une zone régulière de la région prescrite servant de référence pour l'image capturée; et détermine ainsi s'il existe un pont où le fluide visqueux est formé de manière à briguer des régions prescrites adjacentes.

本開示の検査装置は、部品を基板上に配置する実装装置を含む実装システムに用いられるものであって、所定部位に粘性流体が形成された処理対象物を撮像した撮像画像に含まれる一塊領域を抽出し、抽出した一塊領域の重心を求め、撮像画像の基準としての所定部位の正規範囲内に重心が含まれるか否かを判定することによって隣り合う所定部位に亘って粘性流体が形成されるブリッジが生じているか否かを判定する制御部、を備える。
