Provided are a QLED device, a hole transport material and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The hole transport material comprises a polymer. The polymer is a single nanoparticle at least comprising a first metal compound and a second metal compound. The first metal compound and the second metal compound are connected by means of a covalent bond or a van der Waals force. Valence band energy levels of the first metal compound and the second metal compound are different.

L'invention concerne un dispositif QLED, un matériau de transport de trous, et son procédé de fabrication ainsi qu'un dispositif d'affichage. Le matériau de transport de trous comprend un polymère. Le polymère est une nanoparticule unique comprenant au moins un premier composé métallique et un second composé métallique. Le premier composé métallique et le second composé métallique sont reliés au moyen d'une liaison covalente ou d'une force de van der Waals. Les niveaux d'énergie de bande de Valence du premier composé métallique et du second composé métallique sont différents.
