Disclosed in the present application is a manufacturing method for an organic light-emitting diode display panel. The manufacturing method comprises: providing a base substrate, and forming a flexible thin film layer on the base substrate; forming an anode layer on the flexible thin film layer, and forming a through hole region on the anode layer, wherein one side, distant from the through hole region, of the base substrate is used for providing a camera, and the orthographic projection region of the camera on the base substrate is located in the through hole region; forming, in the through hole region, a plurality of first blocking dams and second blocking dams that are arranged at intervals, wherein the first blocking dams and the second blocking dams all are located in the through hole region where the orthographic projection region is located; sequentially depositing a light-emitting layer and a cathode layer on the anode layer to form a light-emitting unit; and packaging a display panel. By means of the foregoing manufacturing method, the present application can solve the problem in a subsequent DOT manufacturing process that a through hole cannot be filled with a photoresist, and does not need to increase an additional inkjet printing process, thereby further reducing a process flow and saving a cost.

La présente demande divulgue un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau d'affichage à diodes électroluminescentes organiques. Le procédé de fabrication consiste à : fournir un substrat de base et former une couche de film mince flexible sur le substrat de base ; former une couche d'anode sur la couche de film mince flexible et former une région d'orifice traversant sur la couche d'anode, un côté du substrat de base, à distance de la région d'orifice traversant, étant utilisé pour fournir une caméra, et la région de projection orthographique de la caméra sur le substrat de base étant située dans la région d'orifice traversant ; former, dans la région d'orifice traversant, une pluralité de premiers barrages de blocage et de seconds barrages de blocage qui sont agencés à des intervalles, les premiers barrages de blocage et les seconds barrages de blocage étant tous situés dans la région d'orifice traversant où se trouve la région de projection orthographique ; déposer séquentiellement une couche électroluminescente et une couche de cathode sur la couche d'anode pour former une unité électroluminescente ; et emballer un panneau d'affichage. Au moyen du procédé de fabrication ci-dessus, la présente demande permet de remédier au problème rencontré dans un processus de fabrication DOT ultérieur, dans lequel un orifice traversant ne peut pas être rempli avec une résine photosensible, et n'a pas besoin d'augmenter un procédé d'impression à jet d'encre supplémentaire, ce qui permet de réduire encore un flux de traitement et de faire des économies.

本申请公开了一种有机发光二极管显示面板的制备方法,制备方法包括:提供一衬底基板,衬底基板上形成有柔性薄膜层;在柔性薄膜层上形成阳极层,阳极层上设置有通孔区,衬底基板背离通孔区的一侧用于设置摄像头,摄像头在衬底基板上的正投影区处于通孔区内;在通孔区内形成多个间隔设置的第一挡坝及第二挡坝,第一挡坝及第二挡坝均位于正投影区所在的通孔区内;在阳极层上依次沉积发光层及阴极层以形成发光单元;对显示面板进行封装。通过上述实施方式,本申请能够解决后续DOT制程中光阻无法填满通孔的问题,且无需增加额外的喷墨打印制程,进一步节省工艺流程以及成本。
