A method for preventing heat damage to a thermal imaging camera, comprising: acquiring a thermal image of the thermal imaging camera; detecting whether the thermal image indicates that a high-temperature object exists in the screen of the thermal imaging camera; if so, generating a heat damage alert signal and if a blocking plate is currently not shut, shutting the blocking plate immediately, thereby avoiding the risk of permanent heat damage to a sensor due to direct exposure to an object emitting high-energy radiation. Also disclosed is an apparatus for preventing heat damage to a thermal imaging camera.

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'empêcher une détérioration causée par la chaleur d'une caméra d'imagerie thermique, consistant : à acquérir une image thermique de la caméra d'imagerie thermique ; à détecter si l'image thermique indique qu'un objet à haute température est présent dans l'écran de la caméra d'imagerie thermique ; si tel est le cas, à générer un signal d'alerte de détérioration causée par la chaleur et si une plaque de blocage n'est actuellement pas fermée, à fermer la plaque de blocage immédiatement, ce qui permet d'éviter le risque de détérioration permanente causée par la chaleur d'un capteur due à une exposition directe à un objet émettant un rayonnement à haute énergie. L'invention concerne également un appareil permettant d'empêcher une détérioration causée par la chaleur d'une caméra d'imagerie thermique.

一种热成像摄像机灼伤处理方法,包括:获取热成像摄像机的热成像图片;检测热成像图片是否显示出有高温对象出现在热成像摄像机的画面中;确认热成像图片显示出有高温对象出现在画面中,生成灼伤报警信号,并且在当前挡片没有关闭的情况下,立即关闭挡片。从而避免了传感器因直接面对高能量辐射物体而造成永久灼伤的风险。还公开了一种热成像摄像机灼伤处理装置。
