Abstract

A tool (1) and a method for at least one of gripping, expanding, and penetrating a wall (W) of a bore (P), the tool (1) comprising a first tool part (10) and a second tool part (30) arranged axially movable relative to each other. The first tool part (10) comprises a solid wedge (12), whereas the second tool part (30) comprises at least one wedge arm (32); - wherein the first tool part (10) further comprises at least one influencing portion (14) con-figured to be radially movable upon contact with the at least one wedge arm (32) of the second tool part (30); and - wherein the at least one wedge arm (32) is configured to be moved axially along the sol-id wedge (12) so as to be forced radially outwards and thus push the at least one influencing portion (14) radially outwards.

Outil (1) et procédé pour la préhension et/ou l'expansion et/ou la pénétration d'une paroi (W) d'un alésage (P), l'outil (1) comprenant une première partie d'outil (10) et une seconde partie d'outil (30) placées axialement mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre. La première partie d'outil (10) comprend une cale solide (12), tandis que la seconde partie d'outil (30) comprend au moins un bras de cale (32) ; la première partie d'outil (10) comprenant en outre au moins une partie d'influence (14) conçue pour être radialement mobile au contact dudit bras de cale (32) de la seconde partie d'outil (30) ; et ledit bras de cale (32) étant conçu pour être déplacé axialement le long de la cale solide (12) de manière à être poussé radialement vers l'extérieur et ainsi pousser ladite partie d'influence (14) radialement vers l'extérieur.
