Abstract

[Problem] To provide an illumination display device that has favorable light-guiding efficiency, saves space, and has a simple assembly process, and a method for manufacturing the same. [Solution] According to the present invention, an illumination display panel 1 that has display locations 1a where illumination display is possible and that forms a part of a housing comprises: a resin panel 2 having a first formation part 21 made of an opaque resin that is present except at the display locations 1a, and a second formation part 22 disposed on the rear surface of the first formation part and made of a light-transmissive resin having protrusions 22a at sections where the first formation part 21 is not present, the protrusions being fitted to the first formation part 21; and a light source mounting substrate 3 disposed on the rear surface side of the resin panel. At least light sources 31 of the light source mounting substrate 3 are sealed by the second formation part 22. An integrated molded article of the light source mounting substrate 3 and the second formation part 22 is filled at low pressure while compressing a cavity of a molding die and solidified.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention concerne un panneau d'affichage d'éclairage qui a une efficacité de guidage de lumière favorable, qui économise de l'espace et qui présente un procédé d'assemblage simple, ainsi qu'un procédé pour sa fabrication. La solution selon la présente invention porte sur un panneau d'affichage d'éclairage 1 qui présente des emplacements d'affichage 1a où un affichage d'éclairage est possible et qui forme une partie d'un boîtier comprenant : un panneau de résine 2 présentant une première partie de formation 21 constituée d'une résine opaque qui est présente sauf aux emplacements d'affichage 1a et une deuxième partie de formation 22 disposée sur la surface arrière de la première partie de formation et constituée d'une résine transmettant la lumière présentant des saillies 22a au niveau de sections où la première partie de formation 21 n'est pas présente, les saillies étant ajustées à la première partie de formation 21 ; et un substrat de montage de source lumineuse 3 disposé sur le côté de surface arrière du panneau de résine. Au moins des sources lumineuses 31 du substrat de montage de source lumineuse 3 sont fermées hermétiquement par la deuxième partie de formation 22. Un article moulé d'un seul tenant du substrat de montage de source lumineuse 3 et de la deuxième partie de formation 22 est rempli à basse pression tout en comprimant une cavité d'une matrice de moulage et solidifié.

【課題】 導光効率が良く、省スペース化が図れ、アッセンブリ工程が簡易となる照光表示パネルおよびその製造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】 照光表示可能な表示箇所1aを有して筐体の一部を構成する照光表示パネル1であって、表示箇所1aを除いて存在する不透明樹脂からなる第1成形部21と、その背面側に配置され、第1成形部21の存在しない部分に第1成形部21と嵌合された凸部22aを有する光透過樹脂からなる第2成形部22とを有する樹脂パネル2と、その背面側に配置された光源実装基板3とを備え、光源実装基板3の少なくとも光源31が、第2成形部22で封止されている。 また、光源実装基板3と第2成形部22の一体成形品は、成形金型のキャビティを圧縮しながら低圧で充填して固化させる。
