The invention relates to an out-ear audio device comprising a bone conductor transducer (1) configured to transfer an audio signal by means of bone conduction to an ear of a user, the device comprising a housing (2) accommodating the bone conductor transducer (1), the device further comprising holding means (3) configured to releasably attach the housing (2) to the tragus of the user, wherein: the holding means (3) together with a portion (4) of the outer surface of the housing (2) of the audio device forms a substantially U-shaped structure, where the holding means (3) comprises a contact member (10, 28) formed for contact with an inner surface of the tragus that faces towards the head of the user; and wherein a contact region that is formed for contact with an outer surface of the tragus corresponding to said inner surface of the tragus is provided by a portion (4) of the housing (2), which portion (4) is in vibrational contact with the bone conduction transducer (1), such that vibrations generated by the bone conductor transducer (1) is transmitted to the contact region; where the contact member and the contact region form a gap (27) between the contact member (10, 28) and the contact region (4); and wherein the holding means (3) is displaceably or pivotally connected to the bone conductor transducer (1) either directly or via the housing (2), such that the distance between the contact member (10) and contact region (4) can be varied, and wherein the housing (2) and/or the holding means (3) is provided with biasing means, such as a spring member 5, 6, 7; 15, 18), that is configured to force the contact member (10, 28) and the contact region (4) against each other, whereby the contact member (10, 28) and the contact region (4), respectively, presses against said inner and outer surfaces of the tragus, when the audio device is provided on the tragus.

L'invention concerne un dispositif audio hors-oreille comprenant un transducteur de conducteur osseux (1) conçu pour transférer un signal audio par conduction osseuse à une oreille d'un utilisateur, le dispositif comprenant un boîtier (2) recevant le transducteur de conducteur osseux (1), le dispositif comprenant en outre des moyens de maintien (3) conçus pour fixer de manière amovible le boîtier (2) au tragus de l'utilisateur, les moyens de maintien (3) conjointement avec une partie (4) de la surface extérieure du boîtier (2) du dispositif audio formant une structure sensiblement en forme de U, le moyen de maintien (3) comprenant un élément de contact (10, 28) formé pour être en contact avec une surface interne du tragus qui fait face à la tête de l'utilisateur ; et une région de contact qui est formée pour entrer en contact avec une surface externe du tragus correspondant à ladite surface interne du tragus étant fournie par une partie (4) du boîtier (2), ladite partie (4) étant en contact vibratoire avec le transducteur de conduction osseuse (1), de telle sorte que des vibrations générées par le transducteur de conducteur osseux (1) sont transmises à la région de contact ; l'élément de contact et la région de contact formant un espace (27) entre l'élément de contact (10, 28) et la zone de contact (4) ; et les moyens de maintien (3) étant reliés de manière mobile ou pivotante au transducteur de conducteur d'os (1) soit directement, soit par l'intermédiaire du boîtier (2), de telle sorte que la distance entre l'élément de contact (10) et une région de contact (4) peut varier, et le boîtier (2) et/ou les moyen de maintien (3) étant pourvus de moyens de sollicitation, tels qu'un élément de ressort (5, 6, 7 ; 15,18), qui est conçu pour forcer l'élément de contact (10, 28) et la zone de contact (4) l'un contre l'autre, moyennant quoi l'élément de contact (10, 28) et la région de contact (4), respectivement, appuient contre lesdites surfaces interne et externe du tragus, lorsque le dispositif audio est disposé au niveau du tragus.
