A low dropout linear voltage regulator circuit and a device. The circuit comprises a fast path and a slow path; the fast path consists of a load transistor (Mpass), a seventh transistor (M7) and a sixth transistor (M6), and the slow path consists of a load transistor (Mpass), a first transistor (M1), a fifth transistor (M5) and a seventh transistor (M7); and the fast path is used to increase the loop bandwidth, and the slow path is used to increase the DC accuracy. A second capacitor (C2) and a third capacitor (C3) in the circuit can sense a load change, correspondingly increase or decrease a current flowing through a fourteenth transistor (M14) and a third transistor (M3) by means of capacitive coupling, accelerate a loop response speed by increasing a charging and discharging speed of a gate capacitor of a load transistor (Mpass), and reduce an overshoot value of an output voltage.

L'invention concerne un circuit régulateur linéaire de tension linéaire à faible chute et un dispositif. Le circuit comprend un trajet rapide et un trajet lent ; le trajet rapide est constitué d'un transistor de charge (Mpass), d'un septième transistor (M7) et d'un sixième transistor (M6), et le trajet lent est constitué d'un transistor de charge (Mpass), d'un premier transistor (M1), d'un cinquième transistor (M5) et d'un septième transistor (M7) ; et le trajet rapide est utilisé pour augmenter la largeur de bande de boucle, et le trajet lent est utilisé pour augmenter la précision de courant continu. Un deuxième condensateur (C2) et un troisième condensateur (C3) dans le circuit peuvent détecter un changement de charge, augmenter ou diminuer de manière correspondante un courant circulant à travers un quatorzième transistor (M14) et un troisième transistor (M3) au moyen d'un couplage capacitif, accélérer une vitesse de réponse de boucle en augmentant une vitesse de charge et de décharge d'un condensateur de grille d'un transistor de charge (Mpass), et réduire une valeur de dépassement d'une tension de sortie.
