(EN) A rotary drive machine for the installation of helical pile sections through installation openings in a slab floor inside of a building perimeter. A vertical frame having an upper end and an open lower end is positioned over an installation opening through which it is desired to rotationally install a helical pile section, and the vertical frame anchored to the slab floor. A rotary power means, attached to the helical pile section moves along a vertical movement guide and is driven by a vertical actuator to rotationally and vertically drive the helical section into the ground. A method of use is also disclosed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une machine à entraînement rotatif pour l'installation de sections de pieu hélicoïdal à travers des ouvertures d'installation dans un plancher dalle à l'intérieur d'un périmètre de bâtiment. Un cadre vertical comportant une extrémité supérieure et une extrémité inférieure ouverte est positionné sur une ouverture d'installation à travers laquelle il est souhaité d'installer en rotation une section de pieu hélicoïdal, et le cadre vertical ancré au plancher dalle. Un moyen d'alimentation rotatif, fixé à la section de pieu hélicoïdal, se déplace le long d'un guide de mouvement vertical et est entraîné par un actionneur vertical pour entraîner en rotation et verticalement la section hélicoïdale à l'intérieur du sol. Un procédé d'utilisation est également divulgué.
