Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to an axial-flux electric machine (1) with a stator wound with a plurality of wound cores (8) arranged on a support disk (10), in which the support disk (10) and the plurality of wound cores (8) are encapsulated in a resin (9), in which at least one continuous coiled cooling channel (12) is formed in the resin (9), during or after the encapsulation process, on each side of the support disk (10). Each continuous coiled cooling channel (12) passes close to at least one of the surfaces of each portion of the wound core (9) without touching said at least one surface.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une machine électrique à flux axial (1) comprenant un stator bobiné doté d’une pluralité de noyaux bobinés (8) disposés sur un disque de support (10), le disque de support (10) et la pluralité de noyaux bobinés (8) étant encapsulés dans une résine (9), au moins un canal de réfrigération continu en serpentin (12) est formé dans la résine (9), pendant ou après l’opération d’encapsulation, de chaque côté du disque de support (10). Chaque canal de réfrigération continu en serpentin (12) passe à proximité d'au moins l’une des surfaces de chaque partie de noyau bobiné (9) sans entrer en contact avec ladite ou lesdites surfaces.
(PT) A presente invenção refere-se a máquina elétrica de fluxo axial (1) com um estator bobinado com uma pluralidade de núcleos bobinados (8) dispostos em um disco de suporte (10), em que o disco de suporte (10) e a pluralidade de núcleos bobinados (8) são encapsulados em uma resina (9), sendo que pelo menos um canal de refrigeração contínuo e serpentinado (12) é formado na resina (9), durante ou posterior ao processo de encapsulamento, em cada lado do disco de suporte (10). Cada canal de refrigeração contínuo e serpentinado (12) passa em proximidade a pelo menos uma das superfícies de cada parte de núcleo bobinado (9), sem encostar na dita pelo menos uma das superfícies.
