Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to, in a first aspect, a surfing device including a surfing device body comprised of polymer bead foam being substantially formed from at least one polymer selected from a single polymer class, and at least one at least one performance enhancing component at least partially embedded within, or integral with, the surfing device body, the at least one performance enhancing component being substantially formed from polymers selected from the single polymer class. Further aspects of the invention, directed to a performance enhancing component and to a method of forming a surfing device body, are also disclosed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne, dans un premier aspect, un dispositif de surf comprenant un corps de dispositif de surf constitué d'une mousse moulée de polymère qui est sensiblement formée à partir d'au moins un polymère choisi parmi une classe de polymère unique et d'au moins un composant d'amélioration de performance au moins partiellement incorporé à l'intérieur du corps de dispositif de surf ou faisant partie intégrante de celui-ci, ledit composant d'amélioration de performance étant sensiblement formé à partir de polymères sélectionnés à partir de la classe de polymère unique. D'autres aspects de l'invention, concernant un composant d'amélioration de performance et un procédé de formation de corps de dispositif de surf, sont également divulgués.
