Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a solar cell, and the solar cell manufactured thereby, the method comprising a step for manufacturing a laminate in which a first electrode layer, a hole transport layer (HTL), a photoactive layer, an electron transport layer, and a second electrode layer are laminated in order, wherein the hole transport layer or the electron transport layer is formed by applying and drying a dispersion including a dispersion solvent, a hydroxide, and a metal oxide surface-modified with a carboxylic acid (R-COOH).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une cellule solaire, et la cellule solaire fabriquée par ce procédé, le procédé comprenant une étape de fabrication d'un stratifié dans lequel une première couche d'électrode, une couche de transport de trous (HTL), une couche photoactive, une couche de transport d'électrons, et une seconde couche d'électrode sont stratifiées dans l'ordre, la couche de transport de trous ou la couche de transport d'électrons étant formée par application et séchage d'une dispersion comprenant un solvant de dispersion, un hydroxyde, et un oxyde métallique modifié en surface avec un acide carboxylique (R-COOH).
(KO) 본 발명은 태양전지의 제조방법 및 그로부터 제조된 태양전지에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 제1 전극층, 정공수송층(HTL, Hole Transport Layer), 광활성층, 전자수송층 및 제2 전극층을 순서대로 적층시킨 적층물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 정공수송층 또는 상기 전자수송층은, 카르복시산(R-COOH)으로 표면 개질된 금속산화물, 분산용매 및 수산화물을 포함하는 분산액이 도포 및 건조되어 형성된 태양전지의 제조방법 및 그로부터 제조된 태양전지에 관한 것이다.
