Abstract
(EN) Disclosed are a degradable stone-plastic polypropylene material and a preparation method therefor. The degradable stone-plastic polypropylene material comprises, in parts by mass, the following components: 50-60 parts of a limestone powder, 15-20 parts of a copolymerized polypropylene, 10-15 parts of a homopolymerized polypropylene, and 0-5 parts of a modifier. The present invention provides a stone-plastic polypropylene material with the limestone powder as the main raw material, which has the characteristics of being degradable and low cost; and the effective combination of the copolymerized polypropylene, homopolymerized polypropylene and limestone powder can greatly reduce the production cost and achieve the degradable property on the basis of ensuring the properties of the polypropylene.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau de polypropylène pierre-plastique dégradable et un procédé de préparation associé. Le matériau de polypropylène pierre-plastique dégradable comprend, en parties en masse, les constituants suivants : de 50 à 60 parties d'une poudre de calcaire, de 15 à 20 parties d'un polypropylène copolymérisé, de 10 à 15 parties d'un polypropylène homopolymérisé, et de 0 à 5 parties d'un modificateur. La présente invention concerne un matériau de polypropylène pierre-plastique avec la poudre de calcaire en tant que matière première principale, qui a les caractéristiques d'être dégradable et de faible coût ; et la combinaison efficace du polypropylène copolymérisé, du polypropylène homopolymérisé et de la poudre de calcaire peut considérablement réduire le coût de production et conférer la propriété dégradable en garantissant les propriétés du polypropylène.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种可降解石塑聚丙烯材料及其制备方法;其中,可降解石塑聚丙烯材料,以质量份数计,包括以下成分组成:石灰石粉体50-60份、共聚聚丙烯15-20份、均聚聚丙烯10-15份、改性剂0-5份。本发明提供了以石灰石粉体为主要原料的石塑聚丙烯材料,其具有可降解及成本低的特点,共聚聚丙烯、均聚聚丙烯、石灰石粉体的有效结合,能够在保证聚丙烯特性的基础上,大大降低了生产成本,并实现可降解特性。
