Abstract
(EN) Disclosed herein are compositions and methods for increasing the expression of human SLC7A11. The compositions include a combination of compounds that exhibit anti-proliferative activity against cancer cells. The compositions and methods can be used to treat a subject with cancer. Disclosed are also compositions and methods of treating a coronavirus infection, Zika virus, influenza virus infection, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), or Rhinovirus.
(FR) L'invention concerne des compositions et des méthodes pour augmenter l'expression de SLC7A11 humain. Les compositions comprennent une combinaison de composés qui présentent une activité anti-proliférative contre des cellules cancéreuses. Les compositions et les méthodes peuvent être utilisées pour traiter un sujet atteint d'un cancer. L'invention concerne également des compositions et des méthodes de traitement d'une infection à coronavirus, d'un virus Zika, d'une infection par le virus de la grippe, d'un virus de l'immunodéficience humaine (VIH) ou d'un rhinovirus.
