Abstract
(EN) A cell culturing system (10) includes a processing unit (24) that performs culturing of cells, a reactor installation device (68) in which the processing unit (24) is capable of being installed, a connection circuit (26) that is connected to the processing unit (24), and a circuit control device (66) which the connection circuit (26) is capable of being attached to and detached from, and which is capable of carrying out supply of the cells and a culture medium from the connection circuit (26) to the processing unit (24), and carrying out collection of cultured cells from the processing unit (24) into the connection circuit (26). The processing unit (24) includes a plurality of bioreactors (30). The reactor installation device (68) is disposed separately with respect to the circuit control device (66).
(FR) Système de culture cellulaire (10) comprenant les éléments suivants : une unité de traitement (24) destinée à effectuer la culture cellulaire ; un dispositif d'installation de réacteur (68) permettant d'y installer l'unité de traitement (24) ; un circuit de connexion (26) relié à l'unité de traitement (24), et un dispositif de commande de circuit (66) auquel le circuit de connexion (26) peut être fixé et détaché, et étant capable de se charger de l'alimentation des cellules et d'un milieu de culture depuis le circuit de connexion (26) vers l'unité de traitement (24), et de se charger de la collecte des cellules cultivées depuis l'unité de traitement (24) dans le circuit de connexion (26). L'unité de traitement (24) comprend une pluralité de bioréacteurs. Le dispositif d'installation de réacteur (68) est situé séparément du dispositif de commande de circuit (66).
