Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a system for analyzing the composition of cells in a tumor specimen. This system is characterized by including at least a calculation unit and is characterized in that at least one storage apparatus included in the system or connected to the system includes: the cell composition of a cancer clone obtained from cells included in the tumor specimen on the basis of gene mutation information; and the cell composition of normal cells obtained from cells included in the tumor specimen on the basis of a gene expression level, the system also being characterized in that the calculation unit executes: a step for adjusting the abundance ratios of each cell species, such that the total of the abundance ratios of each cell species is X (X is a constant of 0 to 1 inclusive and is a parameter designated by a user of the system) with respect to the cell composition of the cancer clone and the cell composition of the normal cells read out from the storage apparatus while taking it into consideration that normal cells are included in the unclassified cells out of the cell composition of the cancer clone; and a step for outputting the cell composition of the tumor specimen after the adjustment.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système d'analyse de la composition de cellules dans un échantillon tumoral. Le système se caractérise par l'inclusion d'au moins une unité de calcul et en ce qu'au moins un appareil de stockage inclus dans le système ou connecté au système comprend les éléments suivants : la composition cellulaire d'un clone cancéreux obtenu à partir de cellules incluses dans l'échantillon tumoral sur la base d'informations sur les mutations génétiques; et la composition cellulaire de cellules normales obtenues à partir de cellules incluses dans l'échantillon tumoral sur la base d'un niveau d'expression génique. le système se caractérise également en ce que l'unité de calcul exécute les étapes suivantes : ajustement des ratios d'abondance de chaque espèce de cellule, de sorte que le total des ratios d'abondance de chaque espèce de cellule soit X (X est une constante de 0 à 1 inclus et est un paramètre défini par un utilisateur du système) par rapport à la composition cellulaire du clone cancéreux et à la composition cellulaire des cellules normales lues à partir de l'appareil de stockage tout en prenant en considération le fait que les cellules normales sont incluses dans les cellules non classées de la composition cellulaire du clone cancéreux; et fourniture de la composition cellulaire de l'échantillon de tumeur après l'ajustement.
(JA) 本発明は、腫瘍検体における細胞の組成を解析するためのシステムであって、少なくとも計算部を備え、前記システムが備える又は前記システムに接続された少なくとも1つの記憶装置が、腫瘍検体に含まれる細胞から遺伝子変異の情報をもとに取得されたがんクローンの細胞組成と、腫瘍検体に含まれる細胞から遺伝子発現量をもとに取得された通常細胞の細胞組成とを含み、前記計算部が、前記記憶装置から読み出した前記がんクローンの細胞組成及び通常細胞の細胞組成について、がんクローンの細胞組成のうち未分類の細胞に通常細胞が含まれることを考慮して、各細胞種の存在比の合計がX(Xは0以上1以下の定数であり、前記システムのユーザにより指定されるパラメータ)になるよう、各細胞種の存在比を調整するステップ、調整後の腫瘍検体の細胞組成を出力するステップを実行することを特徴とするシステムを提供する。
