Disclosed are a cement pre-calciner kiln system and a method for preparing a cement clinker. A CO2 self-enrichment-type pre-calciner kiln, an offline-type pre-calciner kiln and a preheater kiln are integrated in the same system, and the system can be switched to the CO2 self-enrichment-type pre-calciner kiln, the offline-type pre-calciner kiln or the preheater kiln according to requirements. The system greatly decreases the investment and operating costs for capturing and purifying CO2 in flue gas and provides an efficient solution for achieving carbon emission reduction in the cement industry. In addition, the system does not require the redesigning of a rotary kiln (7) and a cooling machine (10), and greatly decreases the manufacturing costs. When the system is switched to the preheater kiln, the system can meet the requirements for online inspection and maintenance of a column of cyclone preheaters. Moreover, the system improves the problems in the prior art of the CO2 concentration in flue gas from the kiln being low and purification costs being high.

La présente invention concerne un système de four de pré-calcination de ciment et un procédé de préparation d'un clinker de ciment. Un four de pré-calcination du type à auto-enrichissement de CO2, un four de pré-calcination du type hors ligne et un four de préchauffage sont intégrés dans le même système, et le système peut être commuté vers le four de pré-calcination du type à auto-enrichissement de CO2, le four de pré-calcination du type hors ligne ou le four de préchauffage selon les exigences. Le système réduit considérablement les coûts d'investissement et de fonctionnement afin de capturer et de purifier le CO2 dans un gaz de combustion et fournit une solution efficace pour obtenir une réduction des émissions de carbone dans l'industrie du ciment. De plus, le système ne nécessite pas de nouvelle conception d'un four rotatif (7) et d'une machine de refroidissement (10) et réduit considérablement les coûts de fabrication. Lorsque le système est commuté vers le four de préchauffage, le système peut satisfaire aux exigences d'inspection et de maintenance en ligne d'une colonne de préchauffeurs à cyclone. De plus, le système améliore les problèmes dans l'état de la technique de la concentration en CO2 selon lesquels les gaz de combustion provenant du four sont faibles et les coûts de purification sont élevés.

一种水泥预分解窑系统及制备水泥熟料的方法。将CO 2自富集型预分解窑、离线型预分解窑、预热器窑集于同一系统,可根据需要将系统切换为CO 2自富集型预分解窑、离线型预分解窑或预热器窑。极大降低了烟气中CO 2捕集提纯的投资和运行成本,为水泥行业实现碳减排提供有效的解决方案。而且,系统无需对回转窑(7)和冷却机(10)进行重新设计,大大降低制造成本。当系统切换为预热器窑时,可满足一列旋风预热器在线检修的需要。另外,改善了现有技术中窑尾烟气CO 2浓度低、净化提纯成本高的问题。
