Abstract
(EN) A limited well thermal cycling device for sample preparation and real-time fluorescence detection is described. The limited well thermal cycling device includes a heating block having a sample well and at least one reaction well and an optical block including a corresponding means for measuring real time fluorescence in each reaction well. The limited well thermal cycling device includes a means for efficient heating and cooling of reaction and sample wells for real-time fluorescence detection. The structure of the heating block provides the means for efficient heating and cooling by having each of the sample well and at least one reaction wells rising above the heating block base, such that the sample well and at least one reaction well are not surrounded by the metal heating block.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de cyclage thermique de puits limité pour la préparation d'échantillons et la détection de fluorescence en temps réel. Le dispositif de cyclage thermique de puits limité comprend un bloc chauffant ayant un puits d'échantillon et au moins un puits de réaction et un bloc optique comprenant un moyen correspondant pour mesurer la fluorescence en temps réel dans chaque puits de réaction. Le dispositif de cyclage thermique de puits limité comprend un moyen pour le chauffage et le refroidissement efficaces de puits de réaction et d'échantillon pour une détection de fluorescence en temps réel. La structure du bloc chauffant fournit les moyens pour un chauffage et un refroidissement efficaces en ayant chacun du puits d'échantillon et au moins un puits de réaction s'élevant au-dessus de la base de bloc chauffant, de telle sorte que le puits d'échantillon et au moins un puits de réaction ne sont pas entourés par le bloc de chauffage métallique.
