Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a labeling method that comprises a step for labeling a substrate, which has a carbon-hydrogen bond, with an oxygen isotope with use of a catalyst and an oxidant that is produced from a hypervalent iodine compound having an ester structure and labeled water which is labeled with at least one oxygen isotope that is selected from the group consisting of 17O and 18O. The present invention also provides an oxidant for labeling, said oxidant being produced from a hypervalent iodine compound having an ester structure and labeled water which is labeled with at least one oxygen isotope that is selected from the group consisting of 17O and 18O. This oxidant for labeling labels a substrate, which has a carbon-hydrogen bond, with an oxygen isotope in the coexistence of a catalyst.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de marquage qui comprend une étape pour le marquage d'un substrat, qui a une liaison carbone-hydrogène, avec un isotope de l'oxygène à l'aide d'un catalyseur et d'un oxydant qui est produit à partir d'un composé d'iode hypervalent ayant une structure d'ester et d'eau marquée qui est marquée avec au moins un isotope de l'oxygène qui est choisi dans le groupe constitué par 17O et 18O. La présente invention concerne également un oxydant pour le marquage, ledit oxydant étant produit à partir d'un composé d'iode hypervalent ayant une structure d'ester et d'eau marquée qui est marquée avec au moins un isotope de l'oxygène qui est choisi dans le groupe constitué par 17O et 18O. Cet oxydant pour le marquage marque un substrat, qui a une liaison carbone-hydrogène, avec un isotope de l'oxygène en présence simultanément d'un catalyseur.
