Abstract
(EN) Systems and methods for generating heat, power, and for processing mixed waste streams, using pyrolysis and one or more pyrolysis systems. A pyrolysis system configured to receive material for pyrolysis, comprising a heating chamber configured to receive a waste gas stream for heating the material and one or more ports for metering fuel and oxidizer to the heating chamber for combustion. A pyrolysis chamber holds the material during pyrolysis in isolation from the hot gas in the heating chamber and is disposed inside the heating chamber to circumferentially heat the material for pyrolysis. A screw conveyer conveys the material through the pyrolysis chamber.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés pour générer de la chaleur, de l'énergie et pour traiter des flux de déchets mélangés, à l'aide de la pyrolyse et d'un ou de plusieurs systèmes de pyrolyse. L'invention concerne un système de pyrolyse conçu pour recevoir un matériau pour pyrolyse, comprenant une chambre de chauffage conçue pour recevoir un flux de gaz résiduaire afin de chauffer le matériau et un ou plusieurs orifices pour le dosage de combustible et d'oxydant dans la chambre de chauffage pour la combustion. Une chambre de pyrolyse maintient le matériau pendant la pyrolyse en isolation par rapport au gaz chaud dans la chambre de chauffage et est disposée à l'intérieur de la chambre de chauffage afin de chauffer de manière circonférentielle le matériau pour la pyrolyse. Un transporteur à vis transporte le matériau à travers la chambre de pyrolyse.
