Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a method of producing core-shell polymer microbeads, the method comprising: (a) providing a core solution containing one or more water insoluble polymers in a water-soluble solvent; (b) providing a shell solution containing one or more water insoluble polymers in a water-soluble solvent; (c) providing a first aqueous solution; (d) injecting the core solution, the shell solution and the first aqueous solution into a mixing zone through an injector, wherein the injector is configured such that the core solution is injected through substantially the center of the injector, the shell solution is injected adjacent to the core solution and the first aqueous solution is injected adjacent to the shell solution, wherein the solutions form a mixture containing droplets of the core solution surrounded by the shell solution in the first aqueous solution; (e) passing the mixture into a de-solvation column containing a second aqueous solution.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de microbilles de polymère noyau-enveloppe, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) produire une solution de cœur contenant un ou plusieurs polymères insolubles dans l'eau dans un solvant soluble dans l'eau; (b) produire une solution d'enveloppe contenant un ou plusieurs polymères insolubles dans l'eau dans un solvant soluble dans l'eau; (c) produire une première solution aqueuse; (d) injecter la solution de cœur, la solution d'enveloppe et la première solution aqueuse dans une zone de mélange par l'intermédiaire d'un injecteur, l'injecteur étant conçu de telle sorte que la solution de cœur est injectée à travers sensiblement le centre de l'injecteur, la solution d'enveloppe est injectée de manière adjacente à la solution de cœur et la première solution aqueuse est injectée de manière adjacente à la solution d'enveloppe, les solutions formant un mélange contenant des gouttelettes de la solution de cœur entourée par la solution d'enveloppe dans la première solution aqueuse; (e) faire passer le mélange dans une colonne de désolvatation contenant une seconde solution aqueuse.
