Abstract
(EN) Disclosed here is a method for determining intracranial pressure (ICP) of a subject non-invasively, the method comprising the steps of: applying at least one selected controlled force to an eye of the subject; imaging retinal vascular pulsation of the eye of the subject over at least one cardiac cycle at the at least one selected controlled force; processing the retinal vascular pulsation images to produce retinal vascular pulsation amplitude data as a time-varying signal; decomposing the time-varying signal into at least two frequency components representing the time-varying signal; determining intracranial pressure from a data basis which includes at least information associated with the frequency components, and wherein the retinal vascular pulsation data includes at least retinal arterial pulsation data. Also disclosed are a system and a computer product for determining intracranial pressure non-invasively.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination de la pression intracrânienne (ICP) d'un sujet de manière non invasive, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : appliquer au moins une force contrôlée sélectionnée à un œil du sujet ; imager la pulsation vasculaire rétinienne de l'œil du sujet sur au moins un cycle cardiaque à la ou aux forces contrôlées sélectionnées ; traiter les images de pulsation vasculaire rétinienne pour produire des données d'amplitude de pulsation vasculaire rétinienne en tant que signal variant dans le temps ; décomposer le signal variant dans le temps en au moins deux composantes de fréquence représentant le signal variant dans le temps ; déterminer la pression intracrânienne à partir d'une base de données qui comprend au moins des informations associées aux composantes de fréquence, et les données de pulsation vasculaire rétinienne comprenant au moins des données de pulsation artérielle rétinienne. L'invention concerne également un système et un produit informatique permettant de déterminer de manière non invasive la pression intracrânienne.
