Abstract
(EN) The present disclosure is related to peptides comprising modified aspartic acid and glutamic acid moieties, methods of making such peptides, and methods of using such modified peptides to selectively direct cleavage of peptide bonds. Selective peptide bond cleavage is advantageous in peptide sequencing applications, such as automated peptide sequencing applications.
(FR) La présente divulgation concerne des peptides comprenant des fractions d'acide aspartique et d'acide glutamique modifiées, des procédés de fabrication de tels peptides, ainsi que des procédés d'utilisation de tels peptides modifiés pour diriger sélectivement le clivage de liaisons peptidiques. Le clivage sélectif des liaisons peptidiques est avantageux dans des applications de séquençage de peptides, telles que des applications de séquençage automatisé de peptides.
