Abstract
(EN) This method for estimating a purified state comprises: quantifying components contained in a treated liquid obtained by subjecting a liquid containing a specific protein and contaminants other than protein to a purification treatment. The method for estimating a purified state comprises: obtaining an estimated value of the concentration of contaminants on the basis of spectral data indicating the wave number, or intensity for each wavelength, of electromagnetic waves that are emitted to a treated liquid and are then affected by the treated liquid. The concentration of contaminants contained in the treated liquid is at most 20 mg/mL, and the weight ratio of the contaminants with respect to a mixture containing protein and the contaminants is at most 15%.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé d’estimation d’un état purifié, comprenant : la quantification de constituants contenus dans un liquide traité obtenu par soumission d’un liquide contenant une protéine spécifique et des contaminants autres qu’une protéine, à un traitement de purification. Le procédé d’estimation d’un état purifié comprend : l’obtention d’une valeur estimée de la concentration des contaminants en se fondant sur les données spectrales indiquant le nombre d’onde, ou l’intensité pour chaque longueur d’onde, des ondes électromagnétiques qui sont émises vers un liquide traité, et sont ensuite affectées par le liquide traité. La concentration des contaminants contenus dans le liquide traité est d’au plus 20 mg/ml, et le rapport en poids entre les contaminants et le mélange contenant la protéine et les contaminants est d’au plus 15 %.
(JA) 精製状態の推定方法は、特定のタンパク質及びタンパク質以外の夾雑物を含む液体に精製処理を施すことによって得られる処理液中に含まれる成分を定量化することを含む。精製状態の推定方法は、処理液に照射され、処理液による作用を受けた電磁波の、波数または波長毎の強度を示すスペクトルデータに基づいて、夾雑物の濃度の推定値を取得することを含む。処理液中に含まれる夾雑物の濃度が20mg/mL以下であり且つタンパク質及び夾雑物を含む混合物に対する夾雑物の重量比率が15%以下である。
