Abstract
(EN) Described herein is a complex comprising multiple nucleic acid molecules that are hybridized together, each comprising, from 5' to 3', a first complementary sequence, a spacer sequence and a second complementary sequence, and either/or a 5' end sequence that is 5' of the first complementary sequence and terminates in a 5' phosphate and a 3' end sequence that is 3' of the second complementary sequence and terminates in a 3' hydroxyl. In this complex: the first complementary sequence of one molecule is directly or indirectly hybridized with the second complementary sequence of another molecule in the complex and the spacer sequence and the 3' and/or 5' end sequences are single-stranded. Methods of making and using the complex are also provided.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un complexe comprenant de multiples molécules d'acide nucléique hybridées ensemble, chacune comprenant, de 5' à 3', une première séquence complémentaire, une séquence d'espacement et une seconde séquence complémentaire, et soit/ou une séquence d'extrémité 5' située en 5' de la première séquence complémentaire et se terminant par un phosphate 5' et une séquence d'extrémité 3' située en 3' de la seconde séquence complémentaire et se terminant par un hydroxyle 3'. Dans ce complexe la première séquence complémentaire d'une molécule est directement ou indirectement hybridée avec la seconde séquence complémentaire d'une autre molécule du complexe et la séquence espaceur et les séquences terminales 3' et/ou 5' sont simple brin. La présente invention concerne également des procédés de fabrication et d'utilisation du complexe.
